    • Products without visible damage or wear
    • Standard catalog products (not custom orders)

    • Custom or made-to-order products
    • Products that have been installed or connected
    • Products with visible damage caused by the customer
    • Products returned after 14 days from delivery

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
