Remote consultation is done via video or phone call. We discuss your project, analyze space photos and provide personalized recommendations for choosing the right fireplace, including feasibility validation and required power calculation (kW).
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on product size and location. For standard products, delivery is included in the displayed price for orders over 2000 RON. For bulky products or remote areas, delivery cost is communicated before order completion.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we offer optional installation through verified partners throughout Romania. We coordinate and plan the work from our side. If you prefer, you can purchase just the product and handle installation yourself.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies between 3-7 business days for in-stock products and 2-4 weeks for custom order or imported products. We inform you exactly at order confirmation.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we offer return rights within 14 days of receipt for unused products in original packaging. For bulky products, return costs are borne by the customer. Contact us for details about the return process.
